To be honest, I don't think he can even beat beginning of series Killua. For several reasons I'll list below.

-Killua can push a 16 tons gate, which automatically closes if your power even goes down a little bit. Gon showed us what he can do with that kind of strength. Killua asked Gon if he could open the Testing Gate, and Gon replied he can. Killua then said push anyone who you fight gently/ He was pushing fighters, who are obviously above normal humans, out of the ring and straight to the wall, gently, without giving any force. That Gon could only open the first set of the Testing Gate which weighs 4 tons. Killua is no doubt more than four times stronger than Gon.

-Killua is extremely fast, capable of of disappearing from the sight of three people so casually, with them not knowing where he did even go. A human sized object disappear from the sight of a human's eye while moving at speeds of over 560 mph, and after that object makes distance, you'll eventually see him. They never even saw Killua, or where did he disappear to, not even the direction which he took. Sound is about 760 mph. We even see him taking the heart of a "super human" without the latter noticing until Killua was at the other side of the ring. That guy was capable of crushing a chunk of the wall with no effort. He was ripping people's limbs with no problem, and rip people to shreds.

-This one is particularly debatable. Young Killua, shown in the Phantom Rouge movie, which was made from a script Togashi made years ago, dodged bullets in point blank range. Most bullets move at speeds exceeding the speed of sound, and HxH is most likely more advanced than us. Also Killua dodged the bullets from the guards of a rich man, so they should have high-end handguns. Now that was a young Killua, and no doubt Killua at the BoS is much better.

-Killua's nails were sharper than knifes, and he displayed it when he wasn't in killer mode yet. Kunais weren't sharp, and they were used mostly as a multi-purpose gardening tool. Only the tip of a Kunai is sharp, and they still easily stab people in Naruto.

-Killua has Rhythm Echo in the beginning too, as he displayed it against Netero. It creates multiple an afterimage of the body through steps, and multiple phantoms appear. There's an absence in sound too. Doubt Sasuke would know who's the real Killua.

I acknowledge Sasuke's speed here. Sasuke in CS1 mode with his 2TS dodged a sound speed attack. Killua made a similar feat, but casually. While Sasuke still has CS2 and 3TS, you're comparing a dead serious Sasuke's movement speed to casual Killua's travel speed.

Killua, in the BoS, wins this one in my opinion. I think Leorio or Kurapika (post-training) vs PTS Sasuke is better.

I don't think Rhythm Echo should work here Sharingan sees energy and if Genjutsu can't even fool it sound shouldn't.

When does he dodge something the speed of sound?
Not sure he's quite that fast at the beginning but not slow.

Remember in Godspeed, after he's got WAY stronger already it would take him like 10 minutes to run 40km or something so 4000km/h which is 1,1111.111 m/s which then is faster than sound.
I don't think he'd be faster than sound at the start and then only be nearly triple that speed after gaining tons of strength and using a speed technique.

Sasuke dodging sound is sketchy I'd say if you mean Orochimaru's dude with the vacuum blasts or whatever if it's focused shockwaves hard to tell if they're really sound speed. Plus they could be dodgeable in the same way bullets are if you dodge the aim.

Nah Uvogin was using Nen, remember in Heavens Arena they're taught to always have Ten going at least it just doesn't show their aura all the time because...well most likely Togashi is too lazy to draw it constantly and/or it's implied that they always use it in fights, it only really shows it when someone powers up in some way or does some other dramatic thing.

Unclear how much faster Whirlwind is to Speed of Lightning but his travel speed should be no different from his combat speed besides arm movements etc he still runs and jumps around the same and obviously Whirlwind isn't useable for running.

I don't think Zaku's technique would literally be sound speed at all, it's a visible shock wave that uses chakra for destructive force weren't even like Sakura and whoever else watching? IIRC they weren't saying anything like "I didn't even see what hit him!" they could all react to it just only Sasuke was fast enough to dodge.

I don't believe Sakura would be nearly sound level too...
