The lowest I would have him would be 100,000, which is still great until Ginyu.

Still though, I don't think it's inconceivable that Piccolo broke 6 figures, it probably took him no time at all to master the gravity there and that left the week for training. Piccolo also made the craziest non zenkai non transformation gains in the series, anyway.

Presumably from being around or stronger than the power of Gohan and Krillin, who are also commonly placed around that six-figure salary range. It's somehow frowned upon to have Piccolo weaker than those two for that brief moment of time, I s'pose. He never sensed Vegeta's power, but Kaio did, didn't he? He knew Goku had to use Kaioken x3 to put the beat-down on Vegeta, and Kaioken x4 in combination with the Kamehameha to win. Wouldn't he logically relay that information to the guys who would potentially be wished back to fight Vegeta again, including Piccolo?
