I have a relatively low ASSJ multiplier myself, like 1.2x 1.3x SSJ. I have Full powered Cell well above that so I think Cell's going to crack his head open like a can of tuna.

Oh Grade II form, I thought he meant the actual Ascended form of a Super Saiyan. Lol thanks Brofist. In that case I didn't see Super Vegeta performing that much better than regular Super Saiyan Vegeta. Maybe holding a moderate edge more. Proportionately it would likely mildly slow Gohan and moderately increase his power. Maybe enough to briefly match Cell, and force him into that power weighted form.

No Regular SSJ can beat FP Cell (Forget Fusions and Z Sword; They aren't Regular IMO)
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.
