This is true, game Spider-Man is pretty nerfed. Even so, he still has super strength and speed, albeit not on par with his movie counterpart

Spotting a laser sight is different is different from dodging the bullet, the laser had time to trail. It does show attention to detail though. As for Deadshot, I remember it being a one hit kill in AC
