Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Boo was in a state of flux. His body was completely changing and he was rejecting the change. His pain is visually evident. That and the fact that Kaioshin states "Somehow South Kaioshin was absorbed" implies they were on a similar level. With that said Goku still shouldn't stand a chance against Buff Boo, but he should be nowhere near Super Boo tier.
