After the death of Super Perfect Cell, the Cell Jr plans to get revenge on the Z Fighters, but knows it is too weak to fight them. So the Cell Jr leaves the Earth and goes deep into space to train itself. After seven years of training, the Cell Jr has gotten stronger and has become an adult. The Cell Jr has the same attacks and abilities as Perfect Cell, including regeneration, and can transform to the Power Weighted Form without speed lost. Also, the Cell Jr can absorb opponents to gain power boosts like how Cell absorbed Kid Goku and got a power boost from him in Dragon Ball GT. Feeling that it is ready, the Cell Jr goes back to Earth looking for the Z Fighters and finds Goku and the others at the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament. How would this change the events of the Majin Buu Arc, and what characters would win or lose against the Adult Cell Jr? Also, if Babidi uses his magic to turn the Cell Jr into a Majin, who will get a power boost like Vegeta, the Majin Adult Cell Jr won’t be under Babidi’s control. We have no idea what the original Cell's power was right when he hatched, and even that won't help, as Cell Jrs were not born as a larva, but already perfect. In fact, it might be that they don't even grow up. But assuming they did, that would not do anything in my opinion. Gohan did not gain any more power from being an adult, so why Cell Jr should? Unless it made very significant gains in those 7 years, it would get stomped by the Saiyans and everything goes back to nomal.
