Chi Chi was running away terrified of the Dinosaur, obviously inferior to it, and then killed it with her super weapons that even Master Roshi was too slow to dodge/block. Also there's no evidence that Yamcha is equal to Krillin. But if so, Krillin was scared of 2 guys with guns when they were saving Launch, while the police, who all have guns, look to Videl for help while she has no gun. So Videl > BoDB Kriilin.

He was running away s***ting his pants (as was Krillin) from the bigger dinosaur when training with Roshi. Krillin was also scared of the triceratops in the forest. Dinosaurs were definitely a threat to BoDB characters. Also Goku didn't survive getting hit by a hit, he was never hit by any car that I can remember. He did survive an axe to the head though, so there's that, and of course the whole bullet thing people have mentioned.

Krillin was probably just afraid of getting arrested, or he just didn't know he could survive gun shots at that point. The point is, Videl just doesn't have the feats to show that she's above any of the BoDB characters.

Krillin didn't think they were cops, he says to Launch "Who were those guys dressed as police men?" to which Launch tells him they really were police men to which he is shocked. Saying he just didn't know he could survive bullets is an incredibly weak statement. And Videl does have the feats to prove she's above Krillin but not Yamcha, but Yamcha also doesn't have the feats to prove he's above her which is why I asked why you thought he was above her. Either way the car was skidding to a halt already, and had even done a full turn by the time it reached him so I imagine even if it hit head on it wouldn't have been a very large impact. The order of things actually looks quite weird. He stops the car with his hands, then picks his fish back up, then puts it back down just so he can throw the car he had his grip on just 2 panels ago. Yamcha ain't no chode to that Goku. Yamcha couldn't even beat Goku when he was hungry, they then fought again and Goku beat him down and knocked out his tooth. He's then scared of him and started tailing them while trying his best to not make direct contact. Yamcha should not be spoken of like he can do what Goku can do.

That doesn't make it magic. It's like a boomerang. That or it's magnetically attracted to that spot on her helmet. There's no evidnce to suggest that it's magic in anyway. Plus she's never seen using any other forum of magic. The only think special about her gear that can't be explained simply is the beam from her forehead, though that's just a simple blast of ki. Neither Yamcha or Krillin got the "tar beaten out of them" by Goku, with Yamcha fighting evenly, or even being able to win possibly, and Krillin never even fighting Goku. How would Krillin know that he had bullet level durability? It's not like getting shot at was part of his training at Orin Temple. That's ridiculous. But, they do have the feats to. Asd I have shown they are all at bullet level durability most likely, and Videl got pierced by a bullet in BoG. Plus at least for Yamcha, the fact that he was able to take one hits by Goku's Rock Scissors and Paper technique, it shows that he could withstand anything that Videl could throw at him. Even Goku who put "no power" into his punches was sending Yamcha flying, and when Goku was at full he pretty much dominated Yamcha and sent him running after 1 hit.
