Kaguya reacts to Naruto(though she's slower than him) who's damn fast, can escape to multiple dimensions or leave people in dimensions one of which has extreme gravity and a spiked floor and one full of lava which she has full control over and one of ice too. As well as bone techniques that disintegrate anyone they stab. And she has the Byakugan so she can see all round her and at great distances. Plus Bijuudama since she doesn't have horrible ending plot slowing her down. It's not going to be easy at all especially not since Bijuudama must weight hundreds of thousands of tons, can any of those tank that splatting in to them with ease? Because I doubt it and then even if they do manage to stop it, boom.

Powerman's invulnerable to extreme temperatures so her ice and lava dimensions aren't useful against him. Nova is overly strong too, and can carry SHIELDS's aircraft.. Spiderman has his spider-sense so he's pretty much safe from just about anything she can do. White Tiger will likely fall though. Iron Fist though has his Chi to augment his natural abilities to levels rivalling or even outright surpassing Powerman.
