Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	Probably chilled. I mean Bardock would be at about 500,000 and he whooped Chilled something fierce. But then again there is kind of a huge gap between 500,000 and 120,000. Chillaxin just has a lot better chances of being closer to that 500,000 than Ginyu does.

Going by the anime special, Chilled was able to hold off Bardock's Energy Wave for just a bit with Supernova. Chilled is more likely to be stronger

He could be 300,000 and still be working fine Oh, and Bardock staggering Chilled hardly matters, unless Piccolo rivals Freeza

He was also not able to inflict huge damage against Bardock who's power was comparable to Ginyu Saga Kuririn and Gohan. So Chilled can't be that tough.
