Chrome, Safari, IE Favourite Manga Rave Master, FLCL, .hack//legendofthetwilight, Naruto II	Power wise, DB maxes at Planetary, Z maxes at Semi-Cosmic, GT tops out at cosmic level or half a percent under it. Top level GT characters are no joke in a fictional fight. Most are magic and magic resistant and have killer hax abilities.

Psychic: Pretty low, the only outstanding psychic was a huge outlier. I'm speaking Guldo with his hold breath, stop time trick. Babidi on the other hand? Well...When you have things like 40K to compare it to, transmitting images or messages across a planet is pretty elementary. Especially with things like The Warp. Magic: Most DB Magic when it comes to fighting use is very situational? I'll say. Dragonballs entirely depend on the creator's power as to whether or not they can wish someone away, the rest of the magic we see is mostly materialization and the like. They also lack some very gruesome things that many magic users even in some weak universes can do like just ripping people's souls out with a spell, fire that can heal up reality rips and whatnot, magic in one's own hands that can simply take a soul and put it back inside someone's body and revive them...etc etc. Durability: Again in comparison to hundreds of verses that deal with Galaxies as baseball bats I can't exactly say DB/Z/GT are top tier. They're at a respectable level though. Although they're usually restricted by not being capable of making sun level or even solar system level sized blasts, and many characters that are featured in DB/Z/GT can simply have the planet wiped from under them and the vacuum of space takes over. Energy Manipulation: Pretty high I'd say, Ki in it of itself is pretty basic...but people like Gotenks can create sentient beings out of it so you know...

Planetwide telapathy is something so inherently common in 40K that it is not even all that notable. INTERPLANETARY telapathy is just as common in the proper sectors of space, and that requires two Psykers who are strong enough to literally rip open a hole in space-time and think a message several hundred light-years away to another Psyker that may get that information that very second....or a hundred years from that point due to the Warp being a roiling chaotic mass of logic-destroying non-existence.

Kept you waiting huh? Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	Physical Strength: I'd like to say 100 tons at a minimum, Goku wasn't lifting no weight, shadow boxing. Ki Output: God Tier can bust an entire Solar System in an instant (Birusu, Whis, and SSJG Goku), Top Tier are capable of generating enough power to kill people with Solar System++ durability with ease (SSJ Vegito, Buuhan, Ultimate Gohan, SSJ3 Gotenks, and SSJ2 Vegeta RAGED), Mid Tiers are capable of owning foes with Solar System durability (SSJ2 Goku, SSJ2 Kid Gohan, SSJ2 Vegeta and Super Perfect Cell), Mid Low Tier characters can kill those with Planetary++ Durability with ease (Artificial Humans, Piccolo and Cell [Imperfect and Semi], Low Tier fighters can kill those with Planetary durability (Frieza, Ginyu Force), and Lowest Tier characters can level the moon near casually (Piccolo [pre Nail and Kami], Roshi, Tien). Speed: Not sure anymore. Skills and Techniques: Above just about a majority of fictions.
