Hardly a difference lol.
So if Lazuli is only that much stronger than Pui Pui, with her being able to cripple a SSJ Vegeta and force a SSJ Trunks to return to his base with ease. How can Pui Pui be this close? Remember, Mech Frieza was near instantly defeated by SSJ Trunks.
Or do you have Mech Frieza below Pui Pui, and going off of Kaioshin's statement on Pui Pui? And do you have SSJ Vegeta and Trunks weaker than Pui Pui?

Yeah 18 did beat the Super Saiyan out of them didn't she? And Yakon was fast, but wasn't too threatening. Changing my answer to 17 & 18 take it

How can Pui Pui be this close? Remember, Mech Frieza was near instantly defeated by SSJ Trunks. Or do you have Mech Frieza below Pui Pui, and going off of Kaioshin's statement on Pui Pui? Not sure if your reading his chain wrong but he clearly has 18 far above Pui-Pui.

Under no circumstances do I think Yakon will be beaten.

Okay but I don't think Yakon is that strong though, Gohan surely notes that Yakon is fast for his size but is still confident Goku is still enough to deal with him. And even after they went to the planet of Darkness, Goku was dodging him easily and countered easily. Goku changes into SSJ just to prove a point to Yakon that darkening the area is pointless. Gohan asks if he can help due to Yakon eating light but I think he was just being paranoid, if he thinks his dad will lose since dude can eat light when he earlier said he could handle him.

Yakon and Goku should definitely be on par with each other, though, whether that's because of Yakon's speed or not. One being superior to the other isn't something I fret about. You can have Goku stronger if you want and I'm not going to argue it.

But Goku is faster too, if he weren't he would've been sliced in two earlier. And once Yakon tried to attack again he failed to even hit him.

How is Yakon comparable to Goku when he couldn't do anything even on his homeworld?

Gohan offers Goku assistance when he believes that it'd be better for Goku to not go Super Saiyan...Yakon's failed attack could be explained by saying that he was only caught off-guard by the fact that Goku could tell where he was in the dark, which isn't all that far-fetched since Babidi had just said that moving to the dark planet would make things easier for him. Yakon should at least be capable of causing some damage to Goku, then, and in order for that to be true, he can't be all that far off from Goku's power.

You always ask the toughest questions. I don't know. I guess because Gohan felt the need to help out Goku when Super Saiyan was taken away, and because Vegeta said Goku had to have a plan after Kaioshin called him stupid for fighting alone.
