 I think people are wildly exaggerating Gohan's lose in power. He lost stamina more than anything. Evidence supporting this is Gohan requiring a senzu bean after his 'fight' with Dabura.

Super Saiyan 2 is in a league of it's own. The entire point of Gohan's fight with Cell was to establish this, that he had truly ascended. He runs the gauntlet with ease.

 All SSjin's that appear in the manga can beat Freeza.
All SSjin 2's that appear in the manga can beat Cell.

 PC ~ Teen Gohan << PM Vegeta =/< Burst Goku =< SPC =< Kid Gohan

That's how I roll and I don't find problems with it.

 I'm saying cell. The power loss is negligible to the point it makes me say do you think a hypothetical ssj2 Goku at the games would have won? I don't think ssj2 Goku was strong enough to win then hypothetically, but he had a shot with his skills. Gohan has seen his power regress, his stamina is bad, and he doesn't know how to fight all grown up when he simply isn't flicking criminals or Goten in his bigger body. I think Gohan loses and loses bad

 I always thought SPC was implied to be just as strong if not slightly weaker than gohan. So I think cell wins

He may pull the win against Bojack, I'm one who only has Pirate Barbossa just enough above Gohan to prove his overall advantage and dominance.

And of course if I don't have him beating Cell, I certainly won't have him beating both of them.

Vegeta: “…Hmph…That bastard, he was far, far better when he killed Cell. It’s because he slacked off in his training during peacetime…”
Kaioshin: “…No, even so this is magnificent energy, more so than I imagined…I wonder if I’ll be able to stop this power…”
Goku: “…Stop it?”

Chapter: 452 (DBZ 258), P1.1-4
Goku: “Gohan, it’s your turn next, but have you trained properly?”
Vegeta: “Unfortunately, it seems he got carried away in peace and didn't do any significant training. Our powers are higher than his now…Though I suppose there’s no telling what would happen if he snapped and went into a frenzy… ”
Kaioshin: “S-so that’s why these 3 have such composure...In a pinch, they can put forth tremendous power, like Son Goku displayed momentarily…”

Cell takes it. Bojack loses, but it will be a hard fight for Gohan.

Nothing says he was at his level in base, I don't think.
He easily beat SSjin Vegeta and Gohan says his ki was incredible while he didn't think Goku was all that great

Not really, Gohan did call Goku incredible.

Context: everyone gawking at Goku’s full power
Kuririn: “This really is an incredible ki…! It figures he’d outstrip everyone.”
Gohan: “…Why is everyone so surprised…I think he really is incredible, but…”

He thinks he is strong but not that much and een without it feats have Bojack strong
Goku could do the same, so no.

Also he called him "incredible" but expected more from Goku because he thought he is stronger than him that's why it's like that.

Bojack he didn't know before...
He is good but Gohan is not surprised and we can see he is about Bojack

Bojack's feats still put him on CG FPSSjin tier level and his super state is much stronger so Super Bojack >> SSjin Gohan

Base Bojack is as strong as CG SSjin Gohan going by feats and his super state is much stronger so he is much stronger

Bojack even cancelled out SSjin 2 Gohan's KHH

He was toying with Gohan, he was not able to see his movements and even got spanked out of SSjin with a kick

 He is surprised because Bojack is good, but Goku is too.

Can you prove that Bojack's transformation makes him a lot stronger than before when the movie kind of doesn't show it.

Goku is not incredible for him as Bojack

The henchmen overpowered Gohan and they can't do it against Bojack

Well, in DBZ when you transform, you get much stronger and I think the Daizenshuu says that he gets much stronger by transforming
