Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	He only has one form but anyway. Goku can't win. If Trunks needed to transform to beat him then so would Goku. Cold has a tougher time than Freeza did of course. It's probably similar to Cooler vs base Goku. But nah he takes it eventually.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga DBZ	His second form was around mecha Friezas power but a bit higher.Cooler who hadnt powered up at all in his 4th form is ahead of frieza and Goku was still causing problems for him in Base Android ARC.Cold needs his 2nd form to stay alive.
