 Straight up duel to the death. Obi-Wan Kenobi from Star Wars vs Kakashi Hatake from Naruto Shippuden. I think they're both great masters and teachers of the chosen one, who's best in a fight. All force powers, sabers, and Sharinagan. Kakashi may use his Mangekyo sharinga, but he has to activate it as usual. Kenobi may make use of his EU feats up until The Battle of Coruscant in Episode III. So no double Magekyo for Kakashi, no Force Ghost for Obiwan (Because if you've read the EU, Force Ghosts are too OP.)
