Let's say he gained twice or even three times as much power In the android saga as compared to his frieza saga counterpart. He wouldn't even be close to goku's base of around 3 million while fighting frieza. And let's put it this way goku was using kaio ken x20 throughout the fight and was taking a beating from 50 percent frieza!!
