But Tien can easily out speed the range of the 1.2 miles easily. 1000 degrees celsius wouldn't do much harm in either case since Goku tanked rocket fuel from a jet's exhaust, which is 900 degree celsius, on average. He is still human and he can't dodge air. I'll buy it that at this point he can catch missiles, out-fly jets, and walk through tanks. I'll even believe if you say he can do it with ease. However, he is still mortal and unless he somehow magically knows where the chemical weapons are and disarms them before they are deployed it just isn't feasible that he could survive modern day chemical warfare. It wouldn't just end badly for him; it would end painfully, and probably slowly.
