He isn't taking Rocky at all, even the older Rocky injured Dixon's wrist due to him hitting Rocky. Drago exclaimed that Rocky isn't human despite he can take blow and dish out power blows over a ton.

As far as I am aware, Tyson never faced a fighter that could switch at will. The sudden shift in stances could blow through any defense Tyson could prep. After all, a southpaw defense is imcompatible with a righty strike. Tyson might have a knockout blow at his best, but as said above, Rocky can tank a few of those through a match.
