Frieza fans are incredibly stubborn (I've seen people argue that he could defeat Kid Buu legitimately in a fair fight, uhm, no.) As are Madara Uchiha fans, and Uchiha fans in general. Again, a ridiculous example was someone actually tried to convince me that Part 1 Itachi could solo the first 7 Jinchuriki. Again, no. Another fictional character I'd say is fairly over-rated is probably Darth Vader, he was powerful, sure, but not half as powerful as people seem to think, he was slow as a negative to his huge strength, and he was very vulnerable in a close range duel with a faster opponent, especially if they were actually trained. I'd say Cloud is the most over-rated though, his fanbase are almost unbearable in a lot of cases.

I have, but people massively over-rate him, it's quite shocking, actually. Specifically against some of the Old Republic Jedi and Sith, I know people who massively overhyped Vader in situations where he would have fought against Revan, or The Emperor of the time, or even the Hero of Tython, I'm just like....Perhaps the Hero if it was very early, but I don't think he'd win against any of them in their primes. That's why I believe he is over-rated, at least strength wise, I've always loved Vader personally, but I've never found a Star Wars character as over-rated as Anakin/Vader.

Indeed: - They say his speed is infinite --> false: he couldn't save Atom's dimension because things happened too fast even for him (literally stated by Superman himself). - They say he destroyed the universal threat Solaris --> false: yes, he defeated him, but Solaris was already nearly killed by Superman One Million (Kal Kent); he also used the GL in order to do this feat. Not very impressive. - They say he created a universe --> LOL false: in fact he simply pulled Atom to a different universe through the universal gate and then said "Welcome to my Universe". - They say he has 5-D Imp powers and he is omnipotent --> false: the 5-D Imps entered the Superman dynasty after Superman has already existed; for the same reason he needed the powers of a 5-D Imp Superman (Lzyxm Ltpkz) in order to bring back Lois (not to mention that he also needed her DNA, supplied by Kyle Rayner, which makes the feat even less impressive). Also, nothing on panel states he isn't affected anymore by magic and Kryptonite. Omnipotent my candy butt. - They say he recreated Krypton --> false: Hourman with the Worgolog did it. - They say he was the 2nd most powerful being in DC, only behind the Presence --> false: probably a fanmade statement. - They say he reached the Source Wall --> false: Superman only says he reached the edge of the Multiverse, the Source Wall was never specifically mentioned nor implied on panel. In Itachi's defense, he's won all of his fights he was in person for except for the one against Generic Terminal Illness. And all the hype that Sasu gets for his Jutsu, all belongs to Itachi. And he probably could solo all the Jinchuriki up to Seven Tails, but individually (He's curb stomped at least two Akatsuki members by himself without moving a muscle.) Sasuke, he's rarely had a functional Genjutsu and people hype him like he's cast the Infinite Tsukiyomi any time he uses Genjutsu. And his one shot Kirin is apparently the strongest Jutsu ever :/ Let's see, other examples. Anyone from One Piece. I know people that think Luffy could solo the Yu Yu Hakusho and Rave Master verses. Lol wut?
