Though I don't use him, Ultimate Gohan is my fave to use in Budokai 3, and extremely so in Tenkaichi 3.

Google Chrome	I didn't play B3 for very long, but I say Omega Shenron was my best BT3: I love playing as first and second form Cell because of their health absorption. However, if I want to trash someone with no chance from them, Kid Boo RB2: Freeza's tail combos are beast UT: Freeza once more, third form in particular has odd combos

I once beat my friend who was using Gogeta in ssj4 with Videl just by constant strikes up close. Krillin also has the best energy balance to me in the games.
