Who would be strongest out of guys like Bugs Bunny, Doremon, The FLCL cast, etc? I'd almost say Daffy Duck, but his durability is just way OP. Felix the Cat maybe?

You don't even need all three she's got Chem X and even though she's weak in comparison she can endure a bunch of stuff. It would take her a while, but I think she could plow through it eventually.

She's got the speed, but what about the destructive force? Blossom is smartest and has ice breath, and Bubbles is the cutest but has a wicked rage mode when provoked. As for Buttercup her special ability is stated as being the strongest of the 3 Powerpuff Girls, if any of them has the destructive force necessary it has to be Buttercup 'cuz "She's the toughest fighter". She's also stated to be the fastest flier at one point. The girls do routinely punch through buildings and fight giant monsters. I bet her eye lasers could make up for any lack of physical strength when going against the Saiyans.

Given a second or so, they can take down pretty much anyone in the Dragonball series via magic hax(turning into an orange or putting your soul inside a leaf) No. Just no, lol. Their speed is complete s*, and their durability is even stier. One of the strongest characters in My Little Pony can't even take on building level blasts. Nobody in My Little Pony is even getting past BOZ Piccolo. Raine Storm Powerpuff Girls Nobody in that verse is even above moon level in DC or durability, lol. Their speed is also lacking unless you count that time where the PPG went into the future by travelling at high speeds. They really don't have much on DBZ, lol. No high end feat they have puts them above Frieza saga, lol. And that's fodder compared to the rest of DBZ.
