Greetings. I will be your waifu this season. Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Magneto maybe? He could use magnetic fields to strangle people or just manipulate the small amount of metal in their bodies to shred them from the inside. Obviously he solo's any driods and mecha Frieza... Also Xavier, if we're going for the physically unimpressive. Shunsui from Bleach with his Shikai unless he goes ahead and tells them how the games work, which he probably wouldn't given how much stronger they are than him. Guy who uses The Lovers in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, do anything to him and it gets turned on you 10x worse. So if he punches himself in the leg really hard, yours is probably getting broken.

When did Magneto get a buff? I remember him failing against Wolverine, a guy with a metal skeleton. Forgive me, I don't follow X-men Back on topic, I would say that the Death Note might be able to handle it, but a lot of the DBZ top tiers aren't human, and if I remember correctly, it only works on humans

Yeah but nobody in DBZ or GT instantly attacks they all love to monologue and talk crap first, if they were all blood lusted yeah but in character Magneto has a chance. As for Shunsui the only way to hurt him is to abide by the rules of the game, energy blasts etc would just not work once they got in range. He has the most hax power ever really if he doesn't explain it or someone isn't smart enough to figure it out, they'd dead. The only issue is he could do limited amounts of damage since he doesn't wear the same colour as...well, so far as I can tell anyone except Vegeta with the pink shirt Unless he could go for pink = skin colour but I doubt it. And then who knows what his Bankai does I don't believe any more hax an ability will ever be created in history unless it does a completely different thing to his Shikai...

Wolverine, has never, won a fight, with Magneto, in any continuity. In fact, in the ultimate comics, he literally pulled him apart and atomized him. Oh wait you're right, maybe Bone Claw Wolverine, I think he may have snuck up on him once, but that's about it. Xavier is tough, but Piccolo, Chiaotzu, Tien, the Kais and Goku are all psychic too. Not to the same extent, but I'm sure Piccolo and Chiaotzu can hold him long enough to get a good old fashioned punch in on him. Now I think Dr. Strange may be able to get in there and do some damage, again probably up to Piccolo since Piccolo is a fighter and can use/understands magic. (Piccolo is telekinetic, telepathic, a genius, magic and a martial artist with ki, maybe that's why he got sidelined in later arcs, a Super Namek Piccolo with a mad high power level would actually solve all of their problems. Seriously why isn't this guy in charge?)

Doraemon's toon force to is on a lower level and works differently, in a way more close to reality (if this sentence even means something), but I think he could still get up to universal level with his gadgets, and Ssj4 Gogeta would be a very, very powerful gadget who would get the job done for him.
