Google Chrome	Probably someone with enormous hax but a weak body. A good example is a lot of the MLP characters and Yugioh characters. Given a second or so, they can take down pretty much anyone in the Dragonball series via magic hax(turning into an orange or putting your soul inside a leaf)

So taking into account how DB works that is. Aye but let's take into account my favorite game FF8. You can be level 8 and your opponent level 100, but as long as you have a Death spell ready to cast or junctioned to your blade all you need to do is make contact or cast it for an insta-win. No amount of being stronger can fix that, only thing that can prevent the insta-death is having some sort of immunity to magic, however FF8 is in depth with that in that there's no blanket magic immunity. You can be immune or even absorb fire magic, but still be weak to Ice magic. Only the top tier magicians in FF8 can be fully immune and absorb into health every single type of magic type. The only way to be fully immune to a Death spell is to have a Ribbon ability that prevents negative status ailments or to be fully immune to instant death magic.

Because against a whole universe, hax alone isn't enough. Plus didn't we recently have an argument establishing that the whole MLP verse is equal to the Naruto verse? Dragon Ball seems out of their league. OT: I don't know much about Sailor Moon, but since she is a galaxy buster and has hax, as well as probably the speed, she should be able to. Not exactly sure if she would be the weakest though.

I don't think it's taking into account speed and all that, likely just haxes. Like in the example I gave about FF8, sure they WOULD NOT be capable of keeping up but they have instant death spells so if they hit...you know game over.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Cloud with Omnislash or Squall with his best move, forgot the name. Or an FF7 character using Knights of the Round. Perona from One Piece assuming she could get one on one fights. Given that death is an option and the PG filter should be taken off in a fight against DBZ, her ghosts would make people get so depressed they'd kill themselves. Like, they literally have no way to resist it she could just surround herself with them so no matter where they attack from they'd get hit and lose all will power. And then she has another one that looks like her but has all sorts of powers and is immune to attacks, the only people that would beat her are those who would attack a defenceless unconscious girl and realize they need to before getting hit with the power.

Not saying his magic is as good as FF8's, but Vegetables showed some mental resistances involving magic.

Badbidi only popped the heads off of people he had possessed, which Vegeta showed HE WAS NOT posessed by body because he openly defied the bastard after a direct order was given...anyway. FF8 is a world where magic involves compressing all of time into a singular point, I like Babidi but uh...he's not really at that point with his magic...Vegeta would likely have resistances to magic like Confuse...actually that's the only spell that would apply to mind trickery as far as I know of, he could also likely resist Berzerk although I don't know why the hell Squall would want to do that since that would INCREASE Vegeta's striking power and lessens damage some. Squall also has magic like Break that would turn people into Stone 100% of the time or things like Stopping time. But some of Squall's spells would be useless like Blind or Silence (which cuts off hearing). I'll just go ahead and list some possible combo spells (disregarding whether or not Squall could even react in time.) Double-Stop-Death Double-Stop-Break Double-Stop-Meltdown (brings defenses to absolute zero) Triple-Stop-Break-Death Triple-Stop-Death-Full Life (Basically mess around with Vegeta by reviving him after insta-killing him) Triple-Stop-Apocalypse-Ultima (Likely wouldn't kill Vegeta, although Ultima erupts from inside their body.) Squall and by extension the rest of FF8 has access to items called Holy Wars which grant a full 2-3 minutes of COMPLETE intangibility, meanwhile they're more than capable of attacking during that time. FF8 is a very diverse and dangerous place. I'll show you some strategies that are surefire ways of winning. Holy War-Stop-Meltdown-Stab (with Gunblade w/Death junctioned onto, 100% chance of Death being the aftereffect of merely touching Vegeta's flesh.) Holy War-Stop-Triple-Meltdown-Blizzaga-Death... Many strategies... Edit: The Death spell in FF8 involves LITERALLY ripping your soul out of your physical body. Every enemy hit with that literally falls over and the victory screen pops up.
