Ultimate Ironman and Ultimate Warmachine (Ironman/The Ultimate Avengers) vs G1 IDW Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp (G1 IDW Comic Transformers Decepticons)

Rules: Fight to the death or disable, Power Chip Rectifiers on for the Seekers (Starscream: Null-Rays and Cluster Bombs; Thundercracker: Sonic Booms; Skywarp: Teleportation and Bounce Bomb), the Armors may use their entire arsenal as well (Rhode's Warmachine, Tony's Mark 42)
Restrictions: Either side, must stay in atmosphere, no escape velocity speeds (As both sides can technically reach escape velocity)
Seeker Specific: If Starscream's body is destroyed he may NOT possess another machine. Alternate Mode MUST be an F-22 or F-15 and may NOT be switched back to their cybertronian forms. No underbase power for Starscream. No Matrix power for Starscream.
Armor Specific: Tony & Rhode may not summon other suits or switch suits mid fight.

Otherwise anything goes.

Who wins?

How you figure? If Starscream can tag them with the null-ray, their electronics do s*** down. I just wonder if he can get it off before the Unibeam.

Are we figuring in Stark's ability to do on-the-fly recalculations to his armour? I am betting he has an ECM onboard.

Yup. Anything goes aside from the listed restrictions. Full arsenal for the Avengers duo and Decepticons Trio.

I'm gonna point out Stark has practice fighting alien robots. Giant or otherwise.

The reason I asked is that I am certain that Stark would have hardened his electronics beyond a nuke's touch just in case, so I am uncertain if Starscream's null ray will do anything. I have to ask one thing.....

Why isn't Dirge in this fight?

You know... Thing about Dirge. Is his power chip rectifier never seems to work on anyone, at least not in the comics I've read. He spooks opponents, but he gets spooked real quick. Offical tech specs put his endurance just a touch down from the big 3 seekers, but in every canon Marvel and IDW comic he gets blown to bits rather quickly and effortlessly. He's the flimsiest of the Coneheads. I'm pretty sure Serpentor actually killed him once in the GI Joe vs Transformers Crossover (And yes, it is canon to the G1 Marvel universe.) that and he couldn't take power glide with Ramjet and Thrust in the G1 cartoon. He's a cool toy, but a really ineffective Decepticon.

That and I figured Starscream ordering around Skywarp so he can make effective use of his teleportation would keep it interesting. Since the transformers weapons are designed to take out guys that can apparently resist planetary impact from orbit (Yes Megatron has somehow done it and officially the seeker's are very close to him in durability) and the fact that the Null Ray has disabled even Megatron and Shockwave, I figured it'd be a reasonable fight. Thunder cracker is a non-factor I'm sure... Probably should have replaced him with Blitzwing or Dreamwave Sunstorm I'm sure.
