@ Naked Snake,

Who killed Mecha Freeza and Cold in Cell's timeline/timeline 3?
Goku did. Obviously Trunks is the only fighter left, so it's logical to assume that events played out as they did in the original timeline, up until Trunks coming back.

But a Trunks killed Mecha Freeza in Cell's timeline.

Look it shows Freeza with a slash through him, and also Cell says the spy robot chose not to take Trunks DNA sample because it already had enough Saiyan cells from Goku and Vegeta.

But by the time he started life in his timeline, the Androids had been destroyed. Hence why Cell travels back to the main timeline.

And of course the Trunks that was born out of Cell's timeline wouldn't have even been conceived yet.

Timeline 1 : Canon timeline
Timeline 2 : The Original timeline
Timeline 3 : Cell timeline
Timeline 4 : Unknown timeline

T2 Trunks travels to T1, takes out Freeza and Cold, then returns again during the fight with the Androids, returning to T2 after the Cell Games.

T3 Trunks travels to T4, takes out Freeza and Cold, then returns again during the fight with the Androids. Once he got the plans from Gero's land he returned to T3, where Bulma used the plans to develop a kill-switch for the Androids, which Trunks used. T3 Cell, not being able to find the Androids, sees T3 Trunks getting into his Time Machine, going back to inform T4 of his success. He kills Trunks and takes the Time Machine into the past, arriving a year before Freeza does. Cell being there and causing ripples in time causes changes and, as such, T1 is born.

In T4, the Z-Senshi are left with the Androids. It's likely that things played out as they did in T1, just without Trunks there.
Cool, that was more or less what I was trying to say with my previous posts.

My only question though is how is the Cell Arc supposed to play out normally in T4? Wouldn't the Androids be deactivated? Wouldn't Cell be killed by Trunks and Krillin like he does in the main timeline? Also, what would happen during the Buu Arc in this timeline?
