A lot of people use #1, or they just divide it by 40. I usually just use #2 due to #1's flaws. ![]() In #2, push-ups are for the upper body, while squats are for the lower body. The weight is kind of like the max energy you have, I might not be able to answer all quest ions as I got these formulas from some other forums. ![]() |
