Okay, I know everyone has made a topic about this. But I want the readers to post about it. I would LOVE to see new power levels, because tbh I am a GIANT power level geek. (Please post realistic methods though). Some methods I use are: •weight+height+age+bench press /50=x • weight in Kg * (max. push ups + max squarts) /800 Edited by Brawl_Pepper, Jul 26 2014, 12:14 AM.

Power level is based on your percentage compared to Freeza's maximum if I recall. Something like that anyway. I'm not exactly sure how it works but I'm sure that someone on here once worked it out. |

Yeah the average humans power level should not go past 6. I'd say mine is 4-5. |

Squats and all that crap is useless. Ki is all about power. Power is best shown in the form of a punch. Explosiveness. Acceleration. Not static lifting and long distance running. |

I disagree with the first formula because height and weight and especially age don't really mean anything. If I'm a tall, fat, old guy, I could still end up stronger than an in their prime adult. |
