Goku and frieza were fighting FTL. It makes no sense how bulma and chi chi would be able to track ssj4 vegetas movements. It's made so clear so many times throughout the franchise that when someone is much more powerful than you are, you can't see them move. Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Yeah, GT is pretty inconsistent with it's feats so I wouldn't use them to prove something. The best you can do is take how strong Vegeta should be in GT in comparison to Z villains and th n throw Ssj4 on top of it.

King Kai said he couldn't track them because of their high power levels and interference from Namek. We have later fights in the series that have the characters slower then previous feats which is why I say their not FTL.

I don't remember king kai saying their power levels and namek were interfering. There's more solid evidence that they're too fast for normal people and even high level ki users to see them move than there is evidence that they are not that fast. As for FTL, I guess I'll admit right now I don't think the anime has that much evidence of them being ftl other than goku and friezas fight and goku dodging lightning. But because I disregard the scenes where normal people watch them fight since they're outliers, personally I think they're ftl in the anime

Freeza's death beam, for example, couldn't even be seen by freaking Piccolo, and I can assure you a SSJ4 from GT is far far far far far far faster than initial Freeza.

They're relativistic at the end of Z, so it's only the logical conclusion. Probably MFTL in bursts, so Super Vegeta 4, while likely slower than Shadow, could keep a reasonable pace with him until the Ring Energy ran out.
