I didn't even know anyone could GO hyper anymore! And at that point all the Hyper Transformations (Via game canon anyway) did was increase you invulnerability more (somehow) a bit of a damage output increase and jacked your speed up. I'd say he'd max out at three to four times tougher than his Super Form. Still gonna give it to Vegeta. Super Saiyan four's time limit isn't nearly as crippling and the power boost is still disproportionately high for the lack of Drawbacks.

Chrome, Safari, IE Favourite Manga Rave Master, FLCL, .hack//legendofthetwilight, Naruto II	I may be biased, and I haven't played Sonic 06 in years, and it was on the PS3 but I distinctly recall Black Doom being significantly more troublesome and threatening, and he was probably only planet Buster plus. Again, Sonic 06 suffered from "Sucky Game kills credibility" but I really haven't seen much destructive power from Shadow that puts him past a Super Saiyan Four.

Shadow is the only one linked close enough to the chaos force in game canon to do anything remotely impressive on that level. I'm still not seeing the speed, strength or durability (I distinctly remember just spamming the chaos lance and lightning dash as Sonic and shadow an finishing the whole boss battle in like 7 minutes flat)

Secondly, he distorted all of existence by merely existing. That's pretty much Multiversal level destructive capacity right there. The Chaos Force is an Archie exclusive term BTW. Sonic, Silver, and Shadow were all moving so fast they were 1/3 Omnipresent with time. That was the only way to beat Solaris. The in-game battle is solely game mechanics, but the attacks these characters were using were strong enough to hurt a multiverse level god. Also the reason you don't see power on this level that often in the Sonic franchise is because the Super forms seem to give the user the necessary level of power they need in that moment. That's how they can beat a multiverse level god and still get the super knocked out of them(Sonic specifically) by Knuckles. There are other enemies that have pushed Sonic to use extraordinary power though. Alf-Lay-La-Wa-Lay-La, for example, destroyed the universe of the Arabian Nights, and Sonic beat him. He also restored it with the wave of his hand. The Time Eater also practically eliminated Sonic's universe, and it had to be restored by going through the various things he did throughout his many adventures.
