Well this is gonna be anime spoilers but you kinda asked for it if you aren't up to date. Kayuuga/Madara won't have any jutsu work on her apart from Taitjutsu. Kakashi lost his eye but had it restored as a non-sharigan eye so he can't use it anymore. Kakashi used it on the Juubi's skeleton already. He attempted it on "Madara" (Obito) earlier too before he got waved off for that type of attack not working on him. Edited by Mihawk, Jul 19 2014, 01:54 AM.

Genjutsu is nothing to do with illusion it's messing with brain chemistry, Tien can't repel that at all. Nor would any DB character know how to release it, some might overpower it after a while but most wouldn't. I mean consider the Genjutsu, it's not just stopping them moving. Itachi's for instance. In one second he's gonna have them in a hellish torture world for 72 hours being repeatedly stabbed and cut open, as well as cloned hundreds of times so they feel the pain hundreds of times more. Nobody, freaking nobody in DB has the mental fortitude to withstand that. Naruto ninja's are hardcore as f*** they lose arms etc all the time and continue fighting without caring really, DB characters go nuts when they get injured(though I'm talking more DBZ here but still) None of them know what Genjutsu even is and they all have extremely basic abilities of blowing up stuff(virtually everyone in the series knows about Bijuudama's) and some minor things like After Image and Solar Flare. Itachi would pretty easily screw most of them over. If he didn't just paralyse them with fear and break them, Totsuka Blade sealing. Also Sasori's poison and Kankuro's + any other person who uses it like Hanzo. Kill Hanzo his poison leaks out and they die. Except the Piccolo's they could maybe handle poison, maybe. |

The DB characters will get angry, and then release Ki most likely, because they'll get angry and want to fight it. Them charging up will overpower the Genjutsu. Plus, it won't scare Piccolo, since he's evil, or ruthless in later parts of the series. It probably won't affect most other characters either. They'll just get angry. |

They have no control over their bodies that's why you need someone else to release Genjutsu unless you have a Dojutsu. They couldn't get angry with someone in control of literally everything they experience. 6:00 onward. Edited by Steve, Jul 19 2014, 03:12 AM.

Funny thing is though, Kakashi is able to survive it. A human. Goku, Kami, and Piccolo by default are safe from the deadly charm that comes with it. And Naked I got my info from the manga images I posted, but I'll concede that he too wouldn't escape the genjutsu, but it's not like it would do them any good if they get killed before they even have the chance to use it. |

Yeah because Kakashi is hardcore he's no stranger to being stabbed and cut up DB characters never experience anything close to that level of torture. Plus they can't do anything while in the Genjutsu, Rinnegan soul stealing, Bijuudama, energy absorption, Amaterasu, sealing, poisoning, physical strength so strong it bends space and time, being turned to dust. Even mind transfer. Any of those could happen to those immobilized. Another thing, the ninjas will cooperate, most DB characters don't have any sort of team work. Also Tobirama, Kabuto and Orochimaru(who is just not getting killed as Death is his b***) Those 3 could take any Genjutsu'd people, then perform Edo Tensei with them. Even if all of Narutoverse were killed any Edo's would be left constantly fighting and regenerating. And that is the sort of thing Tobirama especially would do. So imagine Itachi challenges Goku who'll demand they 1v1, Genjutsu and Goku is killed. Edo Goku joins Narutoverse. Unlimited Super Kamehameha's. Or Tien, unlimited full power Tri-Beams, with no limit to his life energy they're going to be so hax. Destructive capability <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< hax |

I'm gonna purposely ignore that first sentence because that's a big fat juicy lie. Soul steal is against the rules, Tailed Beast Bombs are a considerate, energy absorption will at first be an issue but the thing about that is they don't go for projectiles at the ready, all the time. Amateratsu is a problem but I don't believe that it's as hot as the sun. Sealing is something DB has too. Poison is something they have as well. Physical strength is debatable but ONLY Sage Naruto and Eight Gates Guy showed strength that blows physical strength in DB out of the water. Mind transfer is irrelevant. Edo's should be banned if they're allowed to keep regenerating. |

But that is true nobody in DB gets stabbed constantly for days experiencing the pain hundreds of times with each stab. How is soul stealing against the rules? It's probably like 6000 degrees but even if that's only minor pain to DB characters(which is doubtful) they have to suffer it forever, it would kill them eventually or cause their downfall. How is mind transfer irrelevant? It even works on Obito who's high tier, it would work on DB characters easy. Also shadow jutsu's for immobilization forgot those. Are the animals in this or is it just humans? Manda II would be a big threat to low tiers and obviously the Bijuu are massive threats, I guess leave out the Juubi since it's mindless so far as we know. Edo's should be banned but only those like Madara, Edo's made on the battlefield should be legit. |

If genjutsu is involved they'll lose their gaurd. We know what happens when they lower their guard (krillin was gonna stab Vegeta with a sword, among other instances). Genjutsu is kinda cheap yeah but it'll end this. They won't get angry if they play it smart and use genjutsu that just makes you happy instead of being threatening. Even genin can break out of genjutsu if they know they're in it, it's kinda pointless to use obvious ones. |

I would just lastly like to point out something I mentioned earlier. I admitted that DB high tiers would lose to the haxness and most mid high to high tier characters in Naruto.
This here is why a dislike debating Naruto vs DB debates, no offence to you Steve (your a good debator), but getting stabbed? Goku and company be getting bisected and having broken limbs, being punctured even. Long story short. the only threats to DB are (in no order and currently): Naruto Sasuke (barely) Kaguya Guy (8th gate) Kakashi (pre losing Kamui) Madara (Jinchuriki) Obito (Jinchuriki and Kamui) Minato (Nine-Tail Chakra Mode) Hashirama (Forestry jutsu) Tobirama (Flying Thunder God) Oonoki (Dust style) Shinjin (Ten-Tails) These are a certainty and with that, I finish my further intrusion here. |

Lol, didn't you see me posting in the latest Naruto chapter thread? I've been posting there when the chapter is released. I caught up :P I know, but I mean Obito. Was it only me who noticed Obito's other eye? I'm sure he has his other eye now. If he thought Kamui would work against that chakra beast, he should have done it. The thing is he didn't. I know, but I think Kamui would work. And are you doubting the other team's Taijutsu? I know. Goku won't use his Kamehameha/Ki Blast right off the bat. He would fight CQC first, and if anyone got in his way, he's gonna get kicked away. |

Ever since he got back his eye his only target has been Kayuuga who is immune to all jutsu. Except "sexy jutsu" which is different lol. |

And Goku is above Kaguya, but Kaguya's immunity comes in a different way. Obito's doing it for the sake of just doing it. If he didn't do it, then they would fail. He's just putting it in Naruto and Sasuke's shoulders. Well, at least on this, don't we agree that DB has the physical capabilities, while Naruto has hax capabilities advantage? And both could take either in the right circumstances? |
