Despite Jedah and Morrigan being vastly stronger.

Would he be a challenge then to the likes like Goku (100 years after GT), his SSJ forms, or even Vegetto (100 years after GT) To be honest I doubt it.

Google Chrome	Pyron god stomps, he's too damn big. The AOE on Gogeta's attacks won't be enough and besides, Pyron is MFTL just to be able to move at any decent speed
