"One person's dislike is an another person's like"
It's not a dislike, when you do it the way you are it makes it hard for me to read due to my dyslexia, so I requested that you stop doing it, please do so :)

Everybody liked Rogue's post
Turns out most people dislike it, so do us a favor and quit it. It adds nothing to it. It's just random.
It isn't a matter of like and dislike. It's just pain grammatically incorrect.

I think discrimination just occurs when you aren't the norm. In countries like Japan, Germany and France where the population has a very hefty amount of atheists, it's not seen as something bad because it's fairly normal. The cynic in me however, thinks this;

Minorities are protected. Gays/Lesbians/Bi/Trans are well on it's way to getting the rights they deserve and will soon be completely protected. Feminism is resurfacing with a major vengeance. For the people who NEED to throw stones in order to have self-satisfaction, atheists are an easy target.

But with increasing numbers of atheists, it shouldn't be too long before their rights get recognised as well. When that happens, the Christians will probably turn on each other.

Radical feminism is a bit of a problem. Just to clarify that I'm not being bias, I'm a chick myself.
Some of these women are just as bad as the men that they claim mistreat them.

I agree with your final point. Most religious folks are taught that atheists are not only foolish, but evil.

I think the super radical feminism is more laughable than anything (but most radicals are). I was just alluding that being misogynistic isn't as easy as it was before. Your name will be in the news within the hour if you get stupid ignorant.

I'm lucky enough to live in New England. Given our history of religious persecution and superstition (ie the Salem Witch Trials), you'd think that we'd be incredibly religious, but we're not.

We're probably one of the least religious places in the US.
You live in New England? Word! I live in Massachusetts.

Anyways, I think we can all just conclude that discrimination is just awful and stupid. Period.

Michigan Mayor compares Atheists to Nazis and KKK

This is the type of discrimination I'm talking about.

In what universe am I like the Nazis or the KKK? Don't people realize that both groups used the Bible and Christian teachings to justify their actions of mass murder and hate?

it's difficult to understand some religious people in America some of them say that a republic is the best form of government but thinking that the universe is a monarchy? Obviously if God is on top in a monarchy, monarchy is the best form of government for them.

It's not that easy though. I'm an atheïst but even I understand that a higher being can not be compared to a king or president.

I don't view God as a higher being. Powerful, possibly. Important, yeah definitely. Doesn't make it better than me. Doesn't place it higher on the list of importance in the universe. Everyone and everything serves a purpose. It doesn't matter if you're a street sweeper or a cosmic being. You're role in the universe is equally as important in my eyes.

People see God as a supernatraul ego with a life of its own who should be obeyd or fear punishment. Relgious people love this feeling so a monarchy should be the best form of gonverment in there eyes.

Why? A monarch has barely any power these days.
You said: "People see God as a supernatraul ego with a life of its own who should be obeyd or fear punishment."
Kinda sounds like a dictatorship would be ideal to them.

Religions like Christianity refer to Jesus and God as "The King of Kings".
But you also have religions like the one from Ancient Egypt that refers to Ozymandias as "The King of Kings" as well.

I simply opt to believe that all gods were created by man, and don't actually exist.
