Probably, they don't really have straight up fist fights it's usually a case of blitzing the other character with a move like Raikiri to kill them. If they're that fast and have even better reaction speeds they can easily do that it's just they go in for the kill and can kill right away. A fist fight against Onoki for example is stupid since he can literally turn you to dust. Anyway yeah there are no stated FTL speeds. King Kai being unable to track Goku and Frieza is a whole different kettle of fish, they're only going at one speed in the pods but Goku and Frieza are constantly darting about in different directions at different speeds. I mean look at a comet or something that's going thousands of miles an hour but it's going in one direction and staying the same speed so you see it easily basically the same. Also there's no proof that Roshi's lightning is as fast as real lightning. And also it doesn't take lightning level speeds for someone to appear to vanish if something instantly accelerates to a high speed it will appear to disappear since your eyes don't adjust to it. Wave your hand about in front of your face as fast as you can, can you completely follow it's movements or is it a blur? Vanishing works the same way, just it's faster and the reaction speeds of the DB characters are faster, so faster still. Again just because they can blow up planets doesn't make DBZ characters all powerful they're just lucky to be written with such a hax amount of power, there are still plenty characters who can't blow up anything who'd beat them in an arm wrestle.

King kai can track space ships you do realize that in space there are some things called planets and you can't travel the universe in a straight line you'll need to dodge those planets space pods aren't that durable. the fact of the matter is King Kai can keep track of things moving MFTL period.He could even give an estimation on when they would arrive That same king kai is losing track of goku and freiza fighting Doesn't matter if they were zipping around the pods were moving Mftl and they were dodging past planets Cool an arm wrestling contest that must mean you're a badass There are plenty of guys that are Physically stronger than bruce lee but very few people if any hit harder than him. Most of space is nothing, yes they are going in a straight line. Probably 99% of the time. Plus we have no idea how far they came from space was completely uncharted territory for the series at that point it never said they were a billion light years away or anything. That's no kind of evidence. Why could King Kai track them? Because he needed to for the plot. Plus if King Kai is any kind of decent God he doesn't have to watch them like a close up with a camera that's what we see but that doesn't mean it's what he's looking at he's pseudo omniperspective which means he was probably watching them as he'd see from a distance. He can look at and connect to a whole planet of people at once so it's definitely not out of his power to view them from a distance, like how you can see comets in the distance even though you would never be able to watch something that fast in close range. Or are you going to tell me King Kai has MFTL reaction speeds? There is no concrete evidence for them being anything close to light speed and just because there's huge power gaps between people doesn't mean they have to be all that much faster. For instance: Character A PL = 1 speed = 1 Character B PL = 40 speed = 3 3 is still much more than character A could handle or react to, even if that difference of 2 represents 200mph. PL of 40 =/= speed of 40 so scaling lolcalcs are worthless.
