Chrome	When Goku comes back for the World Tournament in the saiyaman saga, he has only 24 hours to stay before going back His 24 starts with Ep 208 Gather for the Tournament and ends with Ep. 248 Goku's Time is Up My question is, at what point does nighttime happen and the next day comes? Does the whole world tournament (Up until Satan defeats 18) last only 1 afternoon? It's still pretty bright out when SSJ3 Goku fights Buu 3 episodes before his time is up so surely this is the next day then? Most scenes in previous episodes as well seem to take place during day time (except Gohan's fight with Dabura, but that takes place on a different planet) I should add i'm going purely on the anime alone, not whatever happens in the manga Edited by Battletoads, Jul 2 2014, 12:58 AM.

It's not stated how many hours he shortened it by, but it should be 10-12 hours. His fight with Vegeta probably also took it's toll. Let's say his day starts at 10AM, it could potentially still be bright out at 8-10PM in the evening.
