He's only fast when he throws his hammer. Vegeta can easily blitz him. Thor's durability I think is a little above star level not much more if at all than vegeta. Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Yeah I think they'd be even or close enough in terms of power but Vegeta is probably faster and as far as I know Thor can't fly so he has mobility too (throwing his hammer like in the movies hardly counts as flight) I think Vegeta would win but have a broken arm or something from a lucky hammer hit. Or perhaps he'd try tank it and take a serious injury, but I'd imagine it's power would register as Ki to him so he'd know whether he can take it or not.
