Posts: 2,542 Group: Member Member #8,475 Joined: October 27, 2012	This is the trial run people; let's make it count. Submissions are now open for the August competition. PM any entries to me ("Art Comp Entry" or something similar in the subject). Submissions will be open until July 31st. A new topic will be created on the 1st of August to display all entries and allow voting for a winner. ~~As many entries as you like~~ EDIT: 4 entries maximum per month. Please keep it Dragon Ball related. For starters, let's just open with a vague "whatever" theme... but for future competitions (if we get that far) we may work our way through some more specific themes. I may update weekly on the count of submissions... I may not... Being "Dragon Ball related" can be stretched pretty far... for example: Non DB characters drawn DB style DB characters drawn non-DB style DB fan fiction characters Crossovers Redesigns Mini-comics starring DB characters Clothing designs incorporating DB ...etc etc... I think people should only be able to send one submission, two at the tops. You can probably see how it can get unfair if say I send in 6 images and have at least six pictures to look at compared to another person who only sends in one. So it would imo, be a lot easier just to have each person send in one response.

Posts: 2,542 Group: Member Member #8,475 Joined: October 27, 2012	The main reason I was going to allow "unlimited" entry was because a month is a long time for some people... especially those with less hectic schedules than others. If a person sent in two entries in the first week... they have no reason to create anything else. Also, if they did decide to create more than the limit... do they PM in and ask to withdraw one of the other pieces they've created? That being said, I think 4 may be a more appropriate limit. 1 per week isn't too constricting or generous. But in the end, I should hope that quality will win out over quantity.
