They are all top tier Marvel characters so Kaguya could probably clear most of the Marvel universe but there is a number that would turn her inside out. Silver Surfer is in the high tier of the Marvel universe. I think she would stop at the medium tier of Marvel. That's why I said she won't go far.

Frankly we could be greatly underestimating her but her power to walk through and transport people to other dimensions easily puts her in mid tiers at least. Anyone weak can just be put in the lava or ice dimension and be left to die. She also seems to have intangibility because she moves herself, Sasuke and Naruto in to a big block of ice in some dimension, so that they can't move and she just casually disappears instead of being stuck herself. Also if she can put people and things in to solid objects then it stands to reason that she could just put objects in to places, so she could just make a rock displace someone's brain. If she can displace the ice where Naruto and Sasuke ended up that should be well within her power, unless it only works on living beings but I doubt it things like Kamui didn't have that restriction and she is this series God character.
