How much stronger did Piccolo get from the Cell Games to the Boo Arc

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z, and One Piece	As the title says, how much stronger did Piccolo get from the Cell Games to the Boo Arc. Like x1.25, x1.5, x1.75, x2 etc. Also provide numbers for comparison or just power levels if you have a guess.

Chillin on the Lookout with Mr. Popo smoking weed, getting bugged out about the world and it's affairs, the hierachy of the gods and this crazy universe they live in. Piccolo is educating young Dende to be a true G of a god and smoke that super good kush that they can create. Mr. Popo gets super trippy and tells them crazy bugged out stories and they get super high in the rosat once in a while and bug out about how crazy time is. Piccolo ain't training for nothing like he used to imo. He is more and more like Kami but he still has his good ol Piccolo edge when needed.

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Fullmetal Alchemist, Assassination Classroom, Deadman Wonderland	During Cell Games, I'd put him around Super Vegeta, and I don't imagine that he'd get much higher than that by the Boo Arc. He certainly didn't train like he used to, and we've seen in the past that he can train for long periods of time without actually gaining anything. We saw this happen during the gap between DB and the beginning of DBZ.

I think he increased slightly during the month prior to the 25th TB, but other than that, I don't think he increased significantly in that 7 year period.

Chrome Favourite Manga DBZ	considering Gohan was the strongest fighter in the world, and that there was a long period of peace, and Vegeta was still around, i think he stopped his training for a while to help Mr Popo teach Dende the ways of the Guardian of the Earth. And he only went back to training when the new world tournament was coming up so i doubt he got that much stronger, i bet he woudn't have beat Dabura..

Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	Piccolo always trains, but I'm willing to bet he mellowed out somewhat after the Cell Games and wasn't training really hard the way Goku and Gohan did. I figure he went from like a 12 to a 15. Comparatively... Piccolo (CG): 12 Piccolo (Boo): 15 Vegeta (CG): 20 Trunks (CG): 19 Goku (CG): 28 Gohan (CG): 35 Kaioshin: 22 Dabra: 28 Gohan (Boo): 30 Vegeta (pre-Majin): 32 Goku: 40 Piccolo's trailing behind, but he's not too incapable unless Super Saiyan 2 comes into play.

Dabra obviously doesn't sense ki in the way that mortals do, but the whole him expecting Pui Pui to be a match against base Saiyans thing is the thing that really doesn't make any sense if he can sense "energy below the surface". This is one of those things that you can go either way with, especially taking BoG into account, which is a whole other discussion all together.
