A Goku who is at least as fast as PD if not a decent bit faster. You have PD at 98% of Tien. You know who PD should be 98% of? Probably Goku who he lost too. Goku at the 23rd Budokai is at least that strong and got completely wrecked. Tenshinhan 120 Goku ( vs PD and Speed vs Tien ) 100 Piccolo Daimao 98 That's better imo

So just like I thought, your speed alone hasn’t changed. Son, I’m sorry but I’m going to win this contest! You can follow me with your eyes, but your actual body can’t keep up! This is a critical weakness!” Goku: “I knew you were amazing! I didn’t think you’d get this fast!” This quote matters the most. Speed is especially noted, in fact the only thing noted here. Don't accuse me of anything, p.
