At the end of the day we have two concrete suggestions...

Ssj Gotenks >> Fat Buu

and Ssj Gotenks Post is around Super Buu's Initial Power. Everything else is junk.


And yea I think those boosts are poop.

 Come on, P, that statement you're throwing out is getting really lonely, why wont you acknowledge it?

Gotenks' whole character is based around humour. The situation surrounding the statement might've been a gag, but the statement itself isn't.

He powered up on Kami's lookout. So thats why you have roll with Base Gotenks Post > Ssj Gotenks Pre. I might approach you right now.

 It might be silly to you, but if it's what's given to us, it's true. I'll take silly over incorrect any day.

Goku and Freeza powering up during their fight wasn't noted, even though it's obvious that they powered up at some point during their initial fight.

Yelling and flaring your aura does not mean powering up all the time. A gag is a gag imo that's it.

He starts off initial, his chi output. Then on lookout , you can see him powering up with anger.

Powering up doesn't mean yelling and flaring your aura all the time. Why disregard something and throw it away as a 'gag' when it can make sense?

 super buu basically says he doesnt power up during the fight in the rosat
he smiles at gotenks and says i remember u i beat u to pieces
so why would super buu power up against someone he tore a new before?
and hes calm and collected the whole time no signs of powering up

so imo theres a very small chance that he did power up ........
