Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	Anything after the Freeza Arc as far as the manga goes felt just lacking in many regards. This is the complete opposite of the anime which honestly blew the manga fights straight out of the water. When they weren't screwing up the dialogue plot that it is. Case in point our Goku vs Majin Vegeta fight. Manga, a simple six or page little fight that's unmemorable and does nothing. The aime? A good whole episode or so of some of the best animation DBZ has to offer of a great fight. Even if I hate Boo Arc Vegeta with a passion. Same thing with Gohan and SPC. Manga? Oh no Gohan's losing....oh yay Gohan won! Anime: Oh no Gohan's losing...Oh yay Gohan's win...OH **! OH ! EVERYONE'S COMMING IN! OH SNAPPITY JACK SNOT! THE EARTH IS SHAKING! GOHAN CAN'T MAKE IT! DON'T BE A HERO PICCOLO! DON'T BE A HERO! OH GOD GOHAN'S GONNA DIE! OH SNAP VEGETA! MOTHERER! JUST GOT WHOOPED! OH MY GOD GOHAN WHAT THE LUCKY CHARM SNIZZLE MAN!!!??? This is like the exact opposite of the anime Freeza battle. In there, the battle is tedious while the manga makes it epic but bearable and not too long. Where later on the manga fights are boring and short and the anime makes them bearable. It helps that the anime actually has a pretty big improvement on the animation style (for the most part mind you) once we get passed the Freeza Arc. Edited by EMIYA*, Jun 26 2014, 04:00 AM.
