Crazy Awesome Legend

How far can he go in the 21st budokai?

Assuming he doesn't come up against Goku, Bacterian, Nam, Giran, Krillin, Yamcha and Jackie Chun in the preliminaries then I think he can at least reach the quarter finals. He isn't getting any further than that.

They're all too strong for him, and have abilities that guarantee them to beat Mr. Satan in a fight.

He would have lost early in the prelims, if not immediately. Nothing against him but, generally speaking, even the preliminary tourney fodder characters were insanely strong compared to the people who showed up in Z.

I think the Bruce Lee impersonator would be able to destroy him to be honest. So I'm with the others, he's out in the preliminaries.

He pretty much lucked out that every Dragonball era fighter got scared off by the 23rd tournament from ever reentering.

People whine about the tournament players from the 21st-23rd TB being overrated, but really, Mark Satan is the one being overrated.

I'm gonna go against the grain and say he could make it past the prelims. Sure Mr. Satan isn't very strong compared to the Z-fighters. But he DID win the Budokai on his own and it was said that he was impressive.

Toriyama

When Mr. Satan was young, he attended a fighting dojo called "Satan Castle". Through a combination of considerable power and good luck (his rival fighting opponent would get food poisoning, for instance), he quickly became world champion and was called "Mr. Satan" after the name of his dojo.

Then we have Toriyama saying that he's very strong compared to normal humans.

Toriyama

No no, Mr. Satan really is strong. On an ordinary human level, that is.

Considering that none of the prelim fighters had any decent feats I'd say it's plausible for Mr. Satan to make it past them. However Mark doesn't make it past the first Ranfan.

The people that whine about Satan being underrated, and make outlandish claims like he should be Roshi tier.

We've had a few here as well. Some of our more known members have even been on the Satan train before.

Satan is commercial. Look at his opponents. İts so
Hilarious how that Blond guy made it to the semi-finals, and he might would've beat Satan
İn 25th Budokai.

Not really. According to Toriyama, Mark breezed through the competition. His only rival got food poisoning.
