Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

 I don't really know much about Hawk Eye, but I'm pretty sure Green Arrow has a lot more trick arrows like boxing glove ones and stuff.

So I think he'd win with having more variety otherwise it'd be even until one got tired and slipped up.
