SOM is Kal Kent, a descendant of Superman and he is incredibly powerful, since he attains his powers from the Super Sun, and thus from Superman Prime One Million, who indeed empowers all the Superman Dinasty.
He has a high variety of powers, strong mind ones, punched time and held back a galaxy with his Force Vision even while severely weakened.

SMP, on the other hand, is maybe even more a beast physically, ripped apart dimensional barriers with physical force alone and, with the absorbed powers from the Guardian of the Universe, survived basically an universe exploding over his face.
Though, contrariwise to One Million, he often makes stupid decisions and lacks of common sense.

Who takes this?
