Movie 9 in comparison to Cell-Games?

 Where do you think Bojack & his crew stand to Cell-Games era Z-Senshi?

Do you think Bojack is a rival to SSj Gohan (like I've seen a few people put him) or do you think he could have beaten Gohan easily if he wanted to?

What about Bojack's guys, the 1 with the weird abilities?

I haven't ever really watched the movie (only vaguely remember some clips on YouTube, l0l) so thought about asking.
