 Old Slug effortlessly killed Captain Zeeun. Zeeun should be about equal to the other minions.

Now, depending on where the movie takes place, either

Old Slug is still weaker than Ginyu and is at about 90,000

Or

Old Slug is stronger than Second Form Freeza and as such curbstomps all over Ginyu

 I have old Slug around 100,000.

Ginyu wins.
