Now lemme explain my hate for BoG. As most we know I hate this movie. Let's discuss this. The over dramatic hype trailer. I don't know if its because the plot changed due to Toriyama but the trailer was so amazing. Showed lots of action. Cool epic background music. Not the movie 😹😹😹😹. Talk about false advertisement. I have no issue with the movie being light hearted. My issue was if you promote intense scenes then make it good. Especially since the action in the movie was horrible. The trailer set a expectation a bit high. Now let's go to the next thing. The music. Besides the Hero bgm the most was dull and I didn't even notice it was there. Sounds like video game music. I enjoy the new artist Dbz Kai work but here was boring. Just pityful. The characters. By characters I mean Goku, Beerus, Vegeta, and Whis. Everyone else was irrelevant. Goku the same a*** from Boo arc. I understand he wanted too see how to beat Beerus but what if Beerus killed somebody? Guess Namek still have some use. Goku should had wore the Blue GI but I understand why they chose the iconic Orange. I'm one of the few who liked Vegeta in this. Shows his growth and I love gag Vegeta. Beerus. What can I say about that moron. As said before he's a Majin Boo and Broly in one. That cat spent half the movie shouting SSJ GOD!!!!! He acts like Boo in the way he's fun and playful but gets mad quick. And once he mad he's pissed. He acts just like Boo. Let's not forget another Broly similarity. Get mad over stupid s. Pudding eaten and Beerus makes a waste of a Dbz movie. Kakarot cries. Broly gets 3 movies. Remarkable. Next bad guy going be some angry space Lion pissed because a bird pooped on him. Beerus was a fail. He ain't special at all. Just a boring guy. Whis needs more explaining to do. Before I speak of him. Animation. Only issue was the colours. Goku(ssj3) vs Beers was hard to look at. Only because Goku hair and GI was mixing with background. Other than that. Nothing wrong. Action. The action.... Damn this movie failed at action. I prefer Db action over Z. But damn this failed at being in between. Only good fight was Ssj Goku vs Beerus. The others were either to basic or random. My Bulllma!!!!!!!!!!!😸😹😹😸. Z fighters vs Beerus was a power scale mess. The attacks Beerus used a was cool no lie but once Gohan enter it was down hill. Even filler fights were better. I shook my head in disssponitment. The good super hype Goku vs Beerus after wasting the whole movie on SSG and partying. Goku vs Beers was so poor. The combat was like Goku vs Bruce Lee(filler?). It was boring action that made jobber WWE matches look like good karate movies. The dialog was cliché and weak. Once Hero played it was epic. Instant Trio Kamehamha!!!! Plot. Basically same as Gt. Good ideas but badly done. SsG was dissspoiting. The God Of Destruction was horrible. Everything sounded so good yet was utter s**. I rewatch this 4 times. Horrible each time. The 4th time I was being open minded. Design: Beers temple looks pretty great. Amazing. Whis looks like a Kai which could mean he came from the apple tree thingy. Beerus looks like a Yugioh card. Makes me want to play the new Yugioh game. The support cast looked like teenagers. Yamcha, Ten, Krillin, and Videl. All look like they can star in an anime high school slice of life storyline. Goten and Trunks look way to young. They look shorter as well. If they're 9-14 at BoG then they look 4. Even Saiyan arc Gohan looked older. Videl hair looks amazing though. Overall rating: 4/10.

Don't know where you got the idea that I didn't. I said the TRAILERS was mis leading.

Posts: 7 Group: New Member Member #11,425 Joined: June 13, 2014	I thought the movie was great, that old light-hearted Dragonball feel been there, was great to see most of the gang at Bulma's birthday party, Whis just sampling different foods whilst Beerus was beating everyone, Yamucha telling Oolong his plan on how he can beat Beerus at Rock Paper Scissors a little too loud as Beerus overheard the entire thing, Vegeta's song and dance, all we needed was to overhear how bad Piccolo was on Karaoke. Beerus himself was a fun character, obviously reading about it, I was surprised how much of a gap in power between him and everyone else. I was also surprised how long Buu lasted against him, best part of the fight was Vegeta's rage boost. I was probably one of the few who liked the Super Saiyan God design, makes sense that Goku didn't like how he achieved the form as well. Other notes though, I lol'd that the only line Chiaotzu got to say was 'Ten-san' (what else is new), I thought Gohan's reaction to Videl's announcement was rather nice and it was good to see Pilaf again.

According to Professor those little things do not even bother him, and quite frankly he does not share the same opinion as you do. Like you said each one has a different opinion, you have yours he has he's own. Now as for topic I found the movie quite enjoyable, my only complain and not a big complain is the fight between SSJG Goku and Beerus, it was fine but I wouldn't mind something more. Now to move on, I don't see anything similar between Beerus and Broly or Fat Buu. You said Beerus is a rip off of Broly because he talks all the time about SSJG, then I guess that makes Namek/Frieza/Android Arc Vegeta a Broly rip off since he was only thinking and talking about SSJ. Bills was searching for the SSJG but he wasn't go around blowing up things to find it, after Bills lost hope, he would leave earth peacefully, so tell me wheres the resemblence between Bills and Broly? Fat Buu rip off? Like I said Beerus would leave peachfully, he had no intention of killing anyone if no one angered him, Fat Buu was blowing up thinks regardless and had no mind whatsoever, with or without Babidi to control him, he was just killing, he stoped killing after Hercule told him so lol! Actually if you Rewatch the Frieza Arc the only think that Vegeta talks/screams/dreams is SSJ, he's far worse than Beerus. And sorry, but he never screamed about SSJG, he was politely asking everyone if they knew and would never kill anyone if Buu had not make the mistake of not giving him a pudding. Remeber Buu WAS free by Babidi for some time and Piccolo stated he's even worse now. I think the boy scene was anime not sure though.

He talks about DB's, Immortality, killing Freeza, Kakarot, info about Freeza, and Ssj. Beerus was talking bout SSG the whole movie. Boo attack out of anger. As his power increased cuz of it. Boo was confused. Beerus just...ugh 🙀😾.

I agree with you,pan out the overall Nake arc , but go and Rewatch what happened during the Frieza saga or read the manga, he only thinks how to become a SSJ hench the mortal wound Krillin made him. Buu wasn't confused, he was a mindless bufoon who attacked everyone for no reason, and Beerus was searching for SSJG the whole movie yes so? He wasn't crazy like Broly "KAKAROTT!" I was talking about the small things in it that shouldn't matter anymore. Vegeta's anger boost and stuff like that. I was just meaning that I should start accepting things like that, since they are coming from the author himself.
