I have read a lot about it Basically in order to achieve lucid dreaming you have to be fully aware that you are dreaming It is pretty difficult to realise it What i suggest Try to check current time throughout the day and say I am here it is xy am/pm. You will find yourself checking the time in your dream ....thus leading to lucid dreaming because you can not really say where are you exactly. Sometimes there is something else which triggers |

I average about 5 hours of sleep, and only get MAYBE one dream a month and its always about people I dont know. |
