I want to try lucid dreaming. How do you lucid dream? It sounds fun
I have read a lot about it

Basically in order to achieve lucid dreaming you have to be fully aware that you are dreaming
It is pretty difficult to realise it

What i suggest

Try to check current time throughout the day and say I am here it is xy am/pm.

You will find yourself checking the time in your dream ....thus leading to lucid dreaming because you can not really say where are you exactly.

Sometimes there is something else which triggers
