Ginyu's true form

Dbz wiki states only a few people have seen Ginyus true form. Are we seeing his true form?

 The wiki is mostly BS, and most serious fans don't use it as a reliable source of information... simply because it's filled with un-sourced fan-boy crap.

If you want to find out accurate information, the most reliable places to visit are either here or Kanzenshuu.com.

However, in theory, no one actually knows what Ginyu's real form is, and I don't believe anything's ever been stated about who has or hasn't seen it.
