Super Saiyan among Super Saiyans

Suppose before Gohan left, Goku managed to teach him the Kaio-ken. Because of the extreme brevity of this lesson, Gohan can only use the first level of Kaio-ken, and it causes him great strain to do so. In this hypothetical scenario, how would Gohan fare? Could he overpower Buutenks? Can he find the will to survive and keep using kaio-ken to outlast him? |

If he has the mindset to finish the fight -- which I think he may, since toying around got him in trouble the first time -- then a burst of Kaioken might get the job done since he has a power advantage, at least. It's going to be really hard to put down Boo after a quick-burst finisher attack or something.

No, he would not overcome Buutenks haxed regeneration, he may hold a power advantage but he needs a wayy bigger one than Mystic Gohan would have. |

first level 1.5x or 2x? Because Of Strain I Think Buutenks Wins EDIT:But I Have Like A 1.5x Diference Here I Think Gohan Would Win Even W/Strain Edited by OmegaSaiyan2, Jun 12 2014, 09:07 PM.

Well, from what I heard KK and KKx2 are both the same thing. It doesn't make sense; I thought KK raised one's power 1.5x too. We are dealing with DBZ logic though. Anyway, I think Buu's regen can outlast Gohan's KK power advantage until the strain overtakes him |

There is no difference between KK and KK2, both litreally double your power. As for me, I personally have Gohan with a big enough power advantage that he can whoop Bootenk's shiny pink posterior and the Kaio-Ken be low enough that the strain doesn't effect his body. |

Well, Gohan has never trained in Kaioken, so his body explodes from never even using basic Kaioken. |

Unless he fires a big enough Kamehameha to finish Bootenks, Gohan's not gonna win. |
