Its Buuhan when he was opening dimensions and SSJ Vegetto had a lot of difficulty to stop him. Lets say Buuhan keep that 'hidden power' and fights SSJ3 Goku from the Baby saga.

So Super Vegito>raged buu>>buuhan>buutenks>gohan>ssj3 gotenks~ssj3 goku /Bogt/>super buu I dont think goku in his ssj3 could have been equal to full power ssj vegito so I think Buu takes this

Knowing that Goku was the only SSJ4 when it has been said, this is my powerscaling : SSJ = 50 SSJ2 = 100 (2x SSJ) SSJ3 = 400 (4x SSJ2) SSJ4 = 4000 (10x SSJ3) SSJ3 Goku (Baby Arc) = 400 SSJ Vegito = 500 SSJ2 Vegito = 1000 SSJ3 Vegito = 4000 SSJ4 Goku (Baby Arc) = 4000 SSJ Vegito is stronger than SSJ3 Goku (Baby arc), but only slightly. Conversely, the difference between Buuhan and SSJ Vegito is huge. Indeed, he showed that he could have killed Buuhan in a single attack and even said he did not fight seriously. So SSJ3 Goku wins. If Gohan is that strong, and Goku is about the same in his normal state, add three Super Saiyan transformations on top of that and I find it unlikely he'd still be weaker than Gohan-Boo. Goku's got this, unless he reverts in handful of seconds like he did against Bebi Vegeta.

Based on that, I would say this Buuhan is close to Base Bebi Vegeta or even SSJ3 GT Goku. Seeing as their about the same level, Buuhan should take it easily since he has regen and Goku's strain is going to wear him out quickly.

And the only way for Vegito to stop Chaotic Buuhan was to step it up on power, hence my chain.
